SCALP NEUTRALISANT BASIQUE is a neutralising product used after immersion stripping or degreasing, in preparation for enamelling.
It can also be used to neutralise acid-stripper marks on parts that have been stripped by dipping. In practice, only a few minutes are needed for the full and deep neutralising of all substrates, but this may vary depending on the type of coating.
SCALP NEUTRALISANT BASIQUE must not be applied to substrates like aluminium, galvanised substrates or zinc.
Step 1
SCALP NEUTRALISANT BASIQUE must be 2-5% diluted.
Step 2
Soak the parts to be neutralised in the ambient-temperature bath.
Step 3
Wait a few minutes to a few hours for it to work, depending on the type of substrate being treated.
Step 4
Take the parts out of the bath and rinse with water.
